  • We will respond to your complaint within 14 (fourteen) business days
  • If the complaint is not resolved, you may escalate to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK)

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising shall be resolved as follows:

  • Mediation - Amicable settlement through deliberation
  • North Jakarta BPSK - If mediation fails
  • North Jakarta District Court - As a last resort

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website.
